Goods are subject to available
Whilst we carry a large amount of stock, some goods which you order may not be available or have to be ordered in for you. If this is the case, we will either credit your account or put the goods on back order to be sent to you freight free when they are back in stock.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt of goods and that they are returned within 14 days of invoice. We will Issue Credit to your account. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be your responsibility.
